本站提供两类内容：
- 免费工具与资料：排盘、起局、查阅、检索、古籍原文与校勘注等。按日限额使用，不收费。
- 付费数字商品：预先生成好的 PDF 报告与数据集，一次性购买、即时交付。详见商品与价格。
本站不提供实时咨询、一对一答疑、会员社群或任何形式的持续性服务。
2. 服务的性质与边界
本站全部内容属于中国传统文化与民俗的研究、整理与呈现，包括古籍原文的转录、异文比对、体例编排与术语解释。
明确地说，本站：
- 不预测未来事件、时间点或结果；
- 不承诺任何效果、准确性或应验；
- 不提供医疗、法律、投资、心理治疗等专业意见；
- 不提供法事、符咒、开运物品或任何改运服务。
工具输出的内容是对传统命理体系的形式化呈现 —— 把出生数据映射为干支、星曜、卦象等符号， 再按古籍体例给出对应的条目。它描述的是符号之间的关系，不是关于你个人处境的结论。
3. 使用限额
免费功能按 IP 地址设置每日调用上限，用于控制服务器与模型调用成本。限额每日重置，不收费、不可购买、不可转让。 我们可能根据负载调整额度，调整会在生效前于本页更新。
禁止通过多账号、代理池、脚本批量调用等方式规避限额。
4. 付费商品与交付
- 付款由我们的合作商店（Merchant of Record）在其域名下完成并开具发票。本站不接触、不存储任何支付卡信息。
- 交付方式为邮件发送下载链接，或订单页直接下载。文件为 PDF / CSV / JSON 格式。
- 交付通常在付款后数分钟内完成。若超过 24 小时未收到，请通过联系我们告知订单号。
- 商品为一次性买断，授权范围见第 7 条。不包含后续更新义务，但我们会尽力在发现勘误时提供修订版。
5. 退款
退款条件与申请方式见退款政策，该政策构成本条款的一部分。
6. 用户行为规范
使用本站时，你不得：
- 提交违法、侵权、侮辱、骚扰性内容，或侵犯他人隐私的信息；
- 未经同意提交他人的出生信息、照片或身份资料；
- 以自动化手段大规模抓取本站内容、绕过限额或干扰服务运行；
- 对本站进行逆向工程、破解、植入恶意代码；

1. What this site provides
This site offers (a) free tools and reference material — chart casting, daily almanac, hexagram lookup, classical-text search — subject to a per-IP daily limit, and (b) paid digital products: pre-generated PDF reports and datasets, sold once and delivered immediately. We do not offer live consultations, one-to-one Q&A, membership communities, or any ongoing service.
2. Nature and limits of the content
All content consists of the study and presentation of traditional Chinese culture and folklore: transcription of classical texts, collation of variant readings, arrangement according to conventional formats, and explanation of terminology.
Accordingly, this site does not predict future events, timing, or outcomes; does not guarantee any result or accuracy; does not provide medical, legal, financial, or psychological advice; and does not offer rituals, talismans, or luck-changing services.
Tool output is a formalised rendering of traditional systems — mapping birth data into stems, branches, stars, and hexagrams, then listing the corresponding entries from classical sources. It describes relationships between symbols, not conclusions about your personal circumstances.
3. Usage limits
Free features are subject to a daily per-IP limit, set to keep server and model costs sustainable. Limits reset daily and cannot be purchased, raised on request, or transferred. Circumventing limits through multiple accounts, proxy pools, or automated scraping is prohibited.
4. Paid products and delivery
- Payment is processed by our merchant of record on its own domain, which also issues the invoice. This site never handles or stores card data.
- Delivery is by email download link, or direct download from the order page. Formats are PDF, CSV, and JSON.
- Delivery is normally completed within minutes of payment. If nothing arrives within 24 hours, contact us with your order number.
- Purchases are one-time. There is no obligation to provide future updates, though we will supply a revised edition if an error is found.
5. Refunds
Refund terms are set out in our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to submit unlawful, infringing, abusive, or privacy-violating content; submit another person's birth data or photographs without consent; scrape the site at scale or interfere with its operation; reverse engineer or introduce malicious code; use the content for fraud, deceptive marketing, or unlawful business; or remove copyright notices, source citations, or disclaimers.
7. Intellectual property and licence
Layout, collation work, database structure, annotations, and diagrams are the property of the site operator. The classical texts themselves are in the public domain.
A purchase grants a personal-use licence: you may read, print, and store the files on your own devices, and quote from them in personal research, teaching, or non-commercial writing with attribution. You may not resell, redistribute, or publicly upload the files; nor use them in whole or in substance to train commercial models, build a competing product, or repackage them for sale.
8. Disclaimer
Content is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that chart output matches any particular school's algorithm, that transcriptions are free of every variant reading or punctuation difference, or that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
Any decision you make on the basis of this content is your own responsibility. For anything concerning health, legal matters, finances, or mental health, consult a licensed professional.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages, including lost profits, lost data, or harm to reputation. For paid products, total liability shall not exceed the amount you actually paid for the order in question. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
10. Third-party links
Links to our merchant of record or other third parties are provided for convenience. Those sites are independently operated and we are not responsible for their content, privacy practices, or terms.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms. The version number and effective date on this page will change, and material changes will be announced on the home page. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance. Completed orders remain governed by the Terms in force at the time of purchase.
12. Termination
You may stop using the site at any time. We may restrict or terminate access where these Terms are breached or where required by law. Termination does not affect accrued payment obligations or the survival of sections 7, 8, and 9.
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Disputes shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation; failing that, they shall be submitted to the competent court at the operator's place of residence.
