1. 站內免費功能
排盤、起局、查閱、檢索等站內功能完全免費，不存在付款，也就不涉及退款。 每日限額用盡後次日自動恢復。
2. 可以全額退款的情形

3. 不予退款的情形
- 檔案已下載且內容無誤 —— 數字商品交付後即可完整複製，無法"退回"。
- 對解讀結論不滿意 —— 商品是古籍條目的整理與呈現，購買前已在商品與價格頁說明範圍與邊界。我們不承諾任何特定結論、準確性或應驗。
- 期望與商品頁描述不符，但交付內容與描述一致 —— 例如期望得到預測、答疑或持續諮詢，而這些明確不在交付範圍內。
- 因個人設備或軟體無法打開標準 PDF / CSV / JSON 檔案 —— 我們會提供兼容性建議，但不因此退款。
- 超過申請期限 —— 第 2 條中標注 7 天的情形，逾期不再受理。
4. 怎麼申請退款
- 發送郵件至 聯繫我們 頁面所列郵箱，主題注明「退款申請 / Refund Request」。
- 郵件中請提供：訂單號（商店發送的收據里有）、付款郵箱、付款日期、退款原因。
- 如需證明檔案問題，可附上截圖。
- 我們會在 2 個工作日內確認收到，並在 5 個工作日內給出處理結論。
- 批准後由合作商店（Merchant of Record）原路退回。到賬時間取決於支付方式與發卡行，通常 5–10 個工作日。
你也可以直接在商店的訂單頁面發起退款申請，兩條路徑等效。退款一經批准，該訂單的使用許可同時終止， 請刪除已下載的檔案。
5. 歐盟與英國用戶的法定撤回權
根據歐盟《消費者權利指令》與英國《消費者合同條例》，遠程購買的消費者通常享有 14 天撤回權。
對於以數字形式即時交付的內容，該權利在以下條件同時滿足時消滅： 你已明確同意立即開始交付，並確認因此喪失撤回權。結賬頁面會就此單獨取得你的同意。
若你在下載前改變主意，仍可在 14 天內提出撤回，我們將全額退款。 行使撤回權無需說明理由，通過第 4 條的方式告知即可。
6. 爭議與申訴
如果你對退款結論有異議，可在收到結論後 30 天內回覆同一郵件線程，我們會重新核查。 你也可以通過支付渠道（發卡行的拒付程式）主張權利； 我們建議先與我們溝通，因為拒付流程通常比直接退款耗時更長。
7. 政策變更
本政策可能更新，更新後會在本頁變更版本號與生效日期。 已完成的訂單適用下單時的政策版本，不因後續修改而減損你的權利。

1. Free features
Chart casting, hexagram lookup, search, and the knowledge base are free of charge. No payment is involved, so no refund applies. Daily limits reset automatically.
2. When a full refund is available

3. When a refund is not available
- The file has been downloaded and is as described — digital goods cannot be returned once delivered.
- You are dissatisfied with the conclusions — the product is a presentation of classical reference material. Its scope and limits are stated on the Pricing page. We make no promise of any particular conclusion, accuracy, or fulfilment.
- You expected predictions, Q&A, or ongoing consultation — these are expressly excluded from every product.
- Your device cannot open standard PDF, CSV, or JSON files — we will suggest compatible software but cannot refund on this basis.
- The claim is out of time — the 7-day window in section 2 is not extended.
4. How to request a refund
- Email the address on our Contact page with the subject "Refund Request".
- Include the order number (from your receipt), the payment email, the payment date, and the reason.
- Screenshots are welcome where a file problem is claimed.
- We acknowledge within 2 business days and decide within 5 business days.
- Approved refunds are issued by our merchant of record to the original payment method, typically arriving in 5–10 business days.
You may also open a refund request from the merchant's order page; either route works. Once refunded, the licence for that order terminates and the files should be deleted.
5. EU and UK withdrawal rights
Consumers in the EU and UK normally have a 14-day right of withdrawal. For digital content supplied immediately, that right is lost where you have expressly consented to immediate delivery and acknowledged that you therefore lose the right of withdrawal; checkout obtains that consent separately.
If you change your mind before downloading, you may withdraw within 14 days for a full refund. No reason is required — simply notify us as described in section 4.
6. Disputes
If you disagree with our decision, reply within 30 days on the same email thread and we will review it again. You may also pursue a chargeback with your card issuer, though we recommend contacting us first, as a chargeback generally takes longer than a direct refund.
7. Changes
This policy may be updated; the version number and effective date on this page will change. Completed orders remain governed by the version in force at the time of purchase, and later changes do not reduce your rights.
